At ByJay, I take pride in long lasting, clean manicures. Every service starts with an in depth dry manicure including intricate cuticle cleaning.

All BIAB products used are solely TheGelBottle, with HEMA Free options available.

BIAB and Hard gel products go over the natural nail to promote growth, whilst protecting and strengthening the natural nail. Please note, tips are not added but if you'd like extra length, it can be added using hard gel extensions. The minimum retention on these kind of (structured) manicures are 3-4weeks. This means no visits to come and see me for 3-4 weeks depending on growth and lifestyle. No removals for 6 weeks at least. Unlike gel/shellac, BIAB and Hard Gel are infilled similarly to acrylic, and they also are chip resistant. This prevents friction and damage to the natural nail. 

A BIAB or Hard Gel Manicure can be customised with nail art, gel polish, gems etc.

It's important we wear correct shoes, when doing day to day activities. Our feet go through a lot of pressure, working throughout the day to keep us afloat. Having shoes that fit your feet correctly, will reduce any damage and inflammation caused to the feet. If your find your shoes are usually uncomfortable, try these things:

• Base your shoe comfortability and size on the longest toe, not the biggest toe
• Wear shoes with a wider space at the toe area. This reduces the pressure around your feet keeping them from flexing comfortably when walking.
• If you feel rubbing, it's time to change them.
