Address information
To verify the safety, security and privacy of my clients, as well as myself, you will be provided my precise location on receipt of your deposit via text and email. Please note this is my home, with a dedicated nail suite. Do not share without permission.

Design & Crystal Policy
Designs, Crystals and Charms are often free on appointments. After 48hours, all repairs, damages and fixes will be charged on a per item basis.
Swarvoski Crystals : From £10 each (depending on size & type of crystal)

When will I know your precise location ?
My address is sent (by text message) 12 hours before your appointment. Please copy and paste the full address provided into your map system for precise directions.
What's the difference between BIAB and Hard Gel ?
BIAB and Hard Gel are very similar products. Here are the differences listed below :
BIAB : Applied from a shellac polish type bottle, soaks with acetone, doesn't require base coat, doesn't need much filing, bends in extreme heat and humidity (flexible).
Hard Gel : Applied from a jar and brush, delicately file to remove, very strong and doesn't bend (durable), can need a little bit of filing, base coat required, extensions can be added.
Both products are cured in an LED light for 60 - 90 seconds, covered with gel colour or nail art, protects, structures and strengthens the nail. Hard gel is perfect if you have more heavy handed actives throughout the day. It's all about preference !
Where do I book a BIAB Manicure ?
Book an appointment -> biab or hardgel (structured manicures)
When booking this service; you have the freedom to choose from BIAB or Hardgel. Both services cost the same and take roughly the same time. Feel free to specify which service when checking out in the notes section, but this is now necessary. Just book, arrive & we'll discuss on site.
Can I book an appointment on the same day ?
Same day appointments are available via the website. If you do not find a suitable time, get in touch. Please try to book 2 hours in advance.
